Recent experience has brought me to the realization that despite the wealth of talent that exists within our community, local companies and ad agencies often use talent from outside Rochester. The primary reason for this is that local management companies represent far more models than they do actors, making it difficult to find good acting talent. The goal of RochesterTalent.com is to bridge this gap, connecting local productions with local talent.
